This rebranding project's goal was to take this famous Downtown San Antonio breakfast and brunch restaurant and elevate it's brand identity. I did this by taking inspiration from the art nouveau interior of the main ballroom and using the castle-like structure of the Pioneer Flour Mill that is also owned by the Guenther family which sources all the wheat grain used for their products.
